Beowulf Brews roots lies in Tim’s lifelong love of root beer.  While he always loved root beer as a child, a glass bottle of root beer in junior high introduced him to the broad spectrum of flavor possible with root beer.  Bit by bit, he developed his palate by trying every brand of root beer he could find.  Deciding to share his love of root beer with others, Tim would be the guy at parties with an ice chest filled with different root beers.  When Tim would host root beer tastings, his friends and family would take a shot of the two dozen root beers chosen for each tasting after Tim explained the distinct flavors in each root beer.

In 2015, Tim decided to start brewing his own root beer.  Tim quickly realized that root beer becomes even more delicious when it is made with natural ingredients.  By minimizing the sugar content, these flavors became more prominent while still maintaining the sweetness one expects from a soda.  Now that Tim brews his soda with Stevia, his sodas keep the sweetness of sugar without its calories!

As Tim experimented with his root beer recipes, he began to explore other soda recipes.  Beowulf Brews now has a dozen different sodas with plans to continue finding delicious sodas for all of his customers to enjoy!

After developing a strong line of beverages, Tim finally incorporated and Beowulf Brews was born.  The name Beowulf Brews comes from a lifelong long love of literature, which includes a strong love for Beowulf.  Deciding to combine his love for great tasting soda and his love for one of the greatest works in English literature, Beowulf Brews was given a name.
